Dolyak Festival at Taiga Groves - Nov. Friday, 9

The settlement at Taiga Grove in Wafarer Foothills is going through their annual celebration of the Dolyaks' winter migration. There will be feasting and celebrations, and much ale to be had. The Duchy is sending representatives to take part in this event. Trade, specifically valuable furs will be a subject of debate to be brooched with the Norn, as well as invitation of norn children who may be interested in attending the Duchy's school once it's up and ready. All are welcome to attend. This event should be as quiet and hassle-free as any such norn celebration might be. Expect children wanting to have snowball fights.

The event was a success. We made contact with another guild, known as FOLK, which is a norn themed guild. We've made offers of friendship, and they are open to doing things together, such as WvW, RP, and possibly some dungeons. Our friends from BOSS were also there, and there were a few random RPers as well. On the whole, a good night.
